One *MUST* update or verify their dynamic DNS address at LEAST once 
every 28 days or the account will be deactivated.

One must *NOT* needlessly update their dynamic DNS address if their IP 
address has _NOT_ changed.

One MAY update their dynamic DNS address as often as their IP address 
changes.

DynDNS is simply a service to allow a DNS name to be assigned to a 
dynamic ip address. If that's your situation, then dyndns is a possible 
solution.
