[NTLUG:Discuss] Configuring Postfix for anti-spam

Well I've tried to document and explain the reasoning behind all of the 
anti-spam settings I'm wanting to put in postfix's main.cf file.  It 
should be a good educational read for those wanting to get up to speed 
on the subject of Postfix -vs- spam

BUT
What I'm really interested in is having someone get out their virtual 
red pen and having a war on the proposed setup.  Is there anything 
blaringly  wrong with the following setup of the 
smtpd_restriction_classes and smtpd_recipient_restrictions?
