All I can say is, hope you don't miss anything important :)  I think it's
quite silly to include every RBL known to man, especially those that
decide to list entire blocks as if they're doing a service to the world.

Here's a friendly suggestion: Use spam assassin and postgrey.  You'll get
99% of your spam, and you won't overload your network with needless
traffic RBL traffic.

Is my advice against the grain?  Of course...but then again, I've used my
e-mail address publicly for many years now, and have found the
SA/postgrey solution to be quite effective.  You might be more
comfortable with the "conventional wisdom" of random IP blocking.
