[NTLUG:Discuss] PCIE Network Card Recommendation

Hello all,
I need a PCIE Network card that is reliable and well supported under
Linux. I would prefer a 10/100/1000 card, but I could probably make
due with 10/100 if the reliability was there. We have tried the
D-Link DGE-560-T, which has a Marvell Yukon 88e8053 chipset. It uses
the sky2 kernel module which causes kernel panics under heavy loads.
This card has always worked well on our OpenBSD boxes, but apparently
the Linux driver isn't at quite the same state (which we found out the
hard way today).
Anyway, I am going to start googling for a good card (one that won't
crash the system if the traffic gets high :), I was just hoping
someone on the list may already have had a good experience with one
that they could recommend.
Thanks in advance,
Preston
