[NTLUG:Discuss] Weird monitor problem

One room may still mean a single breaker.  Do you have any form of UPS
involved?  I have worked on some systems where the power issue was coming
out of the wall and the UPS set on high sensitivity was able to tell us this
(as it started clicking on and  off all the time).

Quick check, can you replicate any of the power problems with an extension
cord from another room?
