I think it's pretty cool that you want to do all of the projects.  I
think you should realize that if you don't get a response (I'm guessing
you haven't gotten much of one) that isn't because people hate you.
It's just that Open Source projects rarely successfully start this way.

If you want to start a project, start it.  Don't expect others to join
just do it because you love it.  And when they come to your mailing
lists and ask "Do you have feature X?" you can reply with "I'd sure like
to but I don't have time yet, I could help you create it."
