[NTLUG:Discuss] tar with -N option still picking up old files

Val:

Yes, I am using GNU tar (I am on CentOS 5).

I tried this command:
/bin/tar -z -c -N 2009-03-25 -f /tmp/test.tgz data

And I still get the same thing.  There are old files
in the tgz file.

Any ideas?
