Our trials have been VERY good so far though.
Lacking tools... but seems to work the best
out of the bunch (performance wise).... now,
I'm NOT the one doing the work though, so
I'm trusting the person next to me on the
assessment.

Reason why we're looking?  We've got an infinite
license for ESX Server (10,000 CPUs).  VMware doesn't
do that anymore... and upgrading our servers to
ESX 4 will be VERY expensive.
