[NTLUG:Discuss] Current best VM hosting?

My VM provider hasn't been able to keep a stable system of late and I 
need to move it.

Are there any providers out there that people are actively using at 
current they would like to recommend?

I cam currently using freely provided secondary DNS/MX and offsite NFS 
backup storage. If these are not provided, I would need a VM that was 
provisioned in a different datacenter so I can handle some reslience to 
DC/VM host problems?

I have no preference for UML/KVM/Xen/VMWare , just whatever the provider 
is able to keep running and stable.

My preference guest VM is debian.and I am only using 5GB total storage 
and 256M RAM.
