I don't know your level of expertise, please don't be offended if you think
this is a dumb question.
Did you burn a disk with the image to make it bootable and ready to go, or
did you just copy the file to it? If you put it into a running machine and
look at the disk, do you see a bunch of files or just one?
The software is self contained. You should boot directly to it from BIOS.
It looks at the disk regardless of OS or anything else. If you get to GRUB,
you've gone too far. You need to set your boot order in your BIOS to boot
directly from the CD.
