Love KDE , but I am at 4.3 RC 3 version , have been using KDE 4 for years
now and would hate to give up features that it possesses .
KDE 3 is like stone age compared to KDE 4 , and to liken it to Windows is
not fair , and is far off , Windows has nothing as advanced as KDE 4 , maybe
Mac !
You can create Panels (waht was known as task bar) at will with KDE 4 , and
add widgets to fit your needs .
