Sorry - must not have expressed that clearly enough ...
    Not really interested in bug report on that version
    I don't use OOo for Internet
    Thought maybe there might be a way to "turn off" Internet on the 
application
... if not, and all else fails, for now I suppose I can live with a 3 
minute delay to open that one document
    The error is only occurring on the first attempt to open that 
document in the morning
    The error did not occur this morning - no idea why
