Howdy All -

I have a position open in Dallas for an inside Solutions Architect.  The 
Solutions Architect role includes working with existing and potential 
customers to educate them about Red Hat technologies.  This includes 
technical presentations, live demonstrations via web conference, driving 
customer evaluations of our technologies and the like.  The inside 
Solutions Architect provides technical guidance to both external 
customers and internal customers such as the inside sales team.

This is a highly technical position, but it also requires great 
communication/presentation skills.  A background in public speaking and 
customer interaction is very advantageous.  We talk to everyone from 
highly technical sysadmins to CIOs, CTOs and CFOs.

We are looking for someone who is an RHCE or can become an RHCE within 
90 days.  Large-scale datacenter experience is desired.  Huge pluses 
include enterprise experience working with any of the following 
technologies:

Red Hat virtualization
Red Hat Global Filesystem
Red Hat Cluster Suite
Red Hat Directory Server
Red Hat Network Satellite Server
JBoss Enterprise Application Platform
JBoss Enterprise BRMS
JBoss Enterprise Portal Platform
JBoss Enterprise SOA Platform
MetaMatrix Enterprise Data Services Platform
JBoss Enterprise Frameworks
JBoss Hibernate
JBoss jBPM
