Sax2 has been deprecated.  Moving forward it was decided that
xorg's autodection of everything is "good enough"... thus there
isn't a need for xorg.conf either in most cases.

I'm not sure "we're" ready for this yet though.  I know that
xorg doesn't get it right in all cases...
