[NTLUG:Discuss] SSL on Virtual host

Howdy,
  This was asked about at the meeting last Saturday.  I had always read
you had to have a separate IP address for each SSL certificate.  Well,
that used to be true, but apparently Apache has addressed the problem.
I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has actually done this.
Are there any subtle problems?
