I am watching the suggestions and am making notes, but I am intentionally
not commenting because I want everyone to participate, at least at the
beginning.

Some thoughts....
Assuming we are sharing with the windows group, yes changing the name is
appropriate.
The vast majority of the MS Windows software is neither open source nor
free, so is the title having "open" in it appropriate?

Open for your thoughts.
