Since NTLUG is organizing this fair (yes?), I think it'd be appropriate
to highlight "open" as a theme for this fair.  (Future fairs could
have other themes.)

We could also choose a theme along the lines of  "demo something 
you like", which easily encompasses just about... everything.  :)
