Sure, we are inviting Windows users. There is plenty of Open Source
software on Windows. And, as Patrick says, we are organizing this
event. So, to restrict it to open source software seems quite
reasonable to me. We obviously would not restrict it to a complete open
source stack, since that does rule out Windows. But, there is good open
source stuff out there in Windows world. And, heh, Linux has a bit as
well. So, some might say we are stacking the deck in our favor. I say
"and, your point would be what?"
If we make it too open, will it be interesting? If we just say demo
anything, will that lack of focus produce an interesting event that
people would want to repeat?
