[NTLUG:Discuss] IRC support question

I think we have strayed a bit from Ralph's original question which for the most part dealt with what
some would perceive as unrealistic expectations on the part of seeker vs time and patience of the
potential support giver.
I can state at 80 years of age I would not be anywhere near my Linux learning level had it not been for
men like Ralph.
Some of us, myself included though guys like Ralph owed to us or at least that was impression we gave.
But that is the essential difference between the windows user and the giving persona of the Linux user.
I remember quite well being a pain in the a-- on a number of occasions and some like Ralph would patiently
endeavor to address my concerns/questions while others would blow me off.
Nature of the beast
Ralph I have derived untold pleasure and satisfaction enjoying the mysteries of Linux and its distros and
had it not been for people like you I would have missed that.
Thanks, Allen

Shift-delete bypasses the trash bin.
