Obviously I was a bit confused about this but it seems the distinction I 
was seeing is that there are multiple levels of support.  The newer 
virtual I/O feature requires chipset and BIOS support.  For Intel, I 
think you need a server-level board but, again, I could be mistaken.  I 
mostly stick with AMD.
