[NTLUG:Discuss] Raspberry Pi Video Marquee Project

I'm not sure I care if geeqie stalls when images are added to it's working
directory. Now that I have set it up and have the canteen PC set to access
the nfs share - the Canteen PC is for anyone to use so someone could place
an image in the marquee directory - it is not likely, but if they do, it
just stops and won't show the new image, until such time as I restart it,
(or someone authorized - someone who has been taught the process).

There will be changes made at least once a week. I plan to make it as easy
as possible and teach at least two or three others the process, but it has
to be fairly easy or I wont be able to get anyone interested in doing it.
