Doesn't it have an envelope feeder?  Can't you use it?  If so I will 
warn you that Apache OpenOffice has a bug printing #10 envelopes. The 
trick to get it to work is under Format->Page, you have to change the 
text direction to "Right-to-left Vertical".  Test with regular paper 
before wasting check stock.
