Hi Ralph,
Sorry I won't be able to make it to the meeting Saturday (prior
commitment). I used Audacity for recording and sox for concatenating WAV
files together. If you can help with the Pi3 workstation that sounds
interesting. And would be something that could be implemented in large
numbers cheaply. I have played with the Pi 1 & 2 but not the 3 and
haven't tried to add a hard drive. Storage capacity is a big deal. I am
restricted to WAV format and collected 2.5GB of data on this trip. Also
I need two screens. One screen has my recording interface showing and
the other screen is for the reader showing the text they are reading.
Can we get together and discuss this further? My cell is 214-542-9736
