I second the glowing recommendation -- in fact, I love them SO much, I went back to them.  You see, we were with them due to Jay Urish's recommendation, and then moved, too far from the CO.  Went with SDSL, which sucks, thank you.  With ticnet, who tried real hard and didn't charge us for breaking the one year agreement.  I think they think SDSL sucks too.  Anyway, as soon as ADSL was available, we were back with August and are absolutely happy!
