Evolution can run on KDE. You do need some GNOME libraries and it may 
not look totally KDE-ish, but you can easily run Evolution from KDE.

Somebody else asked about Mozilla Mail, and I use this full time. Not 
because it's the best emailer ever, but because I use Mozilla on 4 
different platforms. It's nice to have the same UI, and more or less, it 
does what I need it to do. You should have people test it out to see if 
it fits most of their needs.

I used to hate using Mozilla mail, but I used it anyway to help with the 
bughunt because I thought Mozilla was an important thing. It's come a 
long way since then.
