I want to believe you Ken... but a quick trip to dslreports, the @home
newsgroup or the attbi newsgroups don't seem to back you up. I'm glad
that your IP has never changed. And I'm sort of surprised that nothing
changed during the transition from @home... I mean the week following
that my netblock changed several times. I mean it was pretty radical.
But, you are correct in saying that, while they reserve the right
to change your IP whenever they want... it does stay constant for
a fairly long (for me, weeks) period of time (in your case... forever).
