Mind you, we're talking about monolithic system scalability.
AFAIK, it has nothing with to do with running on most
common 2-way/4-way even 8-way scenarios.  It deals with
things like NUMA and the like... things that aren't
generally associated with the x86 line of things (well
except for the high ... like Sequent and possibly
Unisys).

Systems that use many Linux boxen, like DreamWorks,
Pixar and Google (just to name a few), likewise,
probably do not touch on anything that SCO is claiming,
and yet I would consider these to be examples of
scalability.

Microsoft's announcement today of assuming all lawsuit
liabilities for its user base stinks of a conspired
plan with SCO (again, a company essentially started
by Microsoft).
