I agree with the "RTFM"/Behavior point.  I hate it when people do that. 
When I got started with Linux, I thought the point was to try to help
folks and not be an egotistical a*hole.

Job Risk:  IMO, offshoring was going to happen whether Open Source took
off or not.  Gee, doesn't MS have offices in both Bangalore and Mumbai? 
I know, other companies have offices in Bangalore, too, but hopefully my
point is made.
