So just to make sure I've got this right - we buy a copy online, get the serial number, register it, and then go back to vmware.com to request the rebate, right?  Do you know what the URL is to ask for the rebate?  Also, is it an instant rebate, or is it one of those "you'll get a check in 6-8 weeks" things that turns into 4-6 months?
