I don't think he was justifying it. He was just saying that it never
happens.
And he is right. They have never called me to tell me that a problem has
been resolved. If tech support (at least with DSL) tells you they will
call you back they are lying.
When mine goes out I complain, then whenever I get the urge for an internet
fix, I restart the dsl modem and wait to see if all the lights come up
green. I'll admit it. I'm sad.
