FWIW, as a BUSINESS customer of both Comcast Business {cough} High-Speed
Cable Internet AND Verizon Business DSL services. I have to report that I
have had callbacks from the tech support departments at both companies.
Of course...I make lots of waves too. First question out of the chute:"I
need to escalate this to a supervisor". Ask for names, reference numbers,
extensions, operator IDs.
...and for the record. Comcast Business{cough} Internet does not mean
better or faster service. It only means you have a different TOS that
allows for hosting of certain services (http/ftp/smtp)...well it USED to
mean that. Now I think they even cancelled that.
