me, me, me! I'm recording MyHD and TiVo streams.  It's been quite a steep
learning curve, finding all the tools needed, different formats, different
device requirements.  I don't think I have ever been so frustated as when I
tried to do dvd menus, with dvdauthor.  I tried some others too, and they
just crashed at some point.  I found _every_ resource on the web about
this, and despite step-by-step instructions (ok, they all left out some
critical step, obviously) I have never made a working menu!  There must
also be something happening at disk-burning layer, because the same (linux
made) .iso's won't work on a Sony DVD Player unless I burn them on windows
- they all work fine on linux of course.  Still have a lot to learn.
